Standard Move In/Out Spring
Standard Cleaning:
  • All furniture is dusted or polished
  • Trash is emptied
  • Mirrors Cleaned
  • Flooring washed or vacuumed
  • BATHROOMS - Sink, Tub and/or shower are cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
  • Toilets are cleaned (including base and behind)
  • KITCHEN - Counter is cleaned and the following are wiped down -- cabinet fronts, outside of appliances (microwave, oven, refrigerator and stovetop)
  • Dishes are washed
  • BEDROOMS - Beds are made (linens changed if desired)
Move IN/OUT Cleaning:
  • EVERYTHING on our Standard cleaning
  • Inside windows washed
  • Baseboards cleaned
  • Blinds dusted
  • Fans dusted
  • Many of the marks on walls are removed
  • Stove, Oven & Broiler cleaned
  • Refrigerator cleaned
  • Inside of drawers and cabinets (kitchen & bathroom) are wiped out

 
Spring Cleaning:
  • EVERYTHING on our Standard cleaning
